All businesses incur costs, whether it is purchasing property, paying overhead or employees. Financing is a vital component in business planning.

At times unexpected expenses occur. A common approach is to obtain a business loan from a bank or lending institution. Grants and funding programs may also be available from the government and not-for-profit organizations.
