What do I need to participate in a Canoe Ride?
Canoe Rides sponsored by Cameron Corporation require two tickets: an activity ticket purchased or $1 (or a pre-purchased activity wristband) and a timed ticket which you can get at the information/ticket booth on the Broadmoor Lake Plaza. When you trade in your activity ticket or show your wristband at the Broadmoor Lake Plaza information/ticket booth, you will be given a timed ticket for the canoe ride. Everyone must fit a life jacket. Meet at the canoe ride location at your gathering time.

Will there be line ups at the activities?
Yes, there will be line ups at certain activities, but it will be worth the wait. We recruit many volunteers to help manage the line ups. However, there are many other activities that will not have line ups so take your family on a new experience and participate in those ones as well.

Why isn't the whole festival free?
Although majority of the activities and performances are free, there are a few exceptions. In order to maintain the high number of activities and performances, the cost of specific activities goes back to the festival to pay for itself. We also have many dedicated sponsors who help cover the cost of the activities and services.
