Alberta Biodiversity Monitoring Institute (ABMI) is a leader in biodiversity monitoring across Alberta.

Strathcona County is partnering with ABMI to implement a biodiversity monitoring program in the County. Remote cameras are deployed across the County to monitor biodiversity in key wildlife corridors, such as County reserve land. These cameras will capture photos of wildlife using the area and will be used for community education, engagement and research.
