A cozy, pre-Halloween weekend in Strathcona County

With snow finally on the ground, this is a perfect weekend to curl up with a nice hot cup of coffee or tea at Cafe Haven. They even have a fireplace inside to feel nice and cozy! If you’re in a little bit of a hurry, make sure to download their new app so you can order ahead, you can find more information on it here. This locally owned bistro offers live music during the week, so make a plan to stop by this weekend and next week as well.

This weekend is looking a little spooky with Strathcona County Museum & Archives' Spooky Strathma celebrations taking place this weekend. This event has already sold out of tickets but you can check here in case any become available. If you miss out on the event, don’t worry! The museum is open on Halloween for all the little ghosts and goblins who love goodies and music. As a reminder, the museum is following AHS guidelines and requires masks at all times.
