Weekend itineraries: spring weather is here

The Strathcona County Museum & Archives have put together a driving tour focused on the county's history. Did you know that in the early 20th century, our community was known for its popular lakeside resorts? The Lake Land Loop is a 2-3 hour tour that takes you around the southeastern part of our community. Head to their website to learn more about it! You can also find an interactive story map of the loop on the county website. 

The weather is looking nice this weekend, which means one thing: patio season! To go along with the popularity of our restaurant map, we’ve put together a patio map. Let us challenge you to the first official patio tour of Strathcona County. Using this map, try to visit all the patios in our community by the end of the summer and win bragging rights. This is a great weekend to start the tour and support our local restaurants!
