Weekend itineraries: Canada Day!

It’s an exciting weekend in Strathcona County, as the PGA is in town over the next few days. Taking place at Northern Bear Golf Course, the ATB Financial Classic Fortinet Cup is happening until Sunday and is part of the PGA TOUR Americas. If you’re interested in checking out the tournament and watching some high-class golf, tickets are available on their website. 

Okay, it might not look like it today, but patio season is here, and there are some great ones to choose from in Sherwood Park! Polos Social Lounge has a great outdoor space, but inside is also a great option if you prefer staying dry on a day like today. Their setup is great for hanging out with friends or spending time with family. Stop by for some great food and enjoy the Canada Day long weekend! 

Summer is here, and so are outdoor farmers’ markets! The Salisbury Farmers' Market happens every Thursday year-round, but it officially moved back outside for the season in April. They’re open this afternoon, so stop by and stock up on all the food and snacks you might need for the long weekend.
