This weekend in Sherwood Park and Strathcona County

Broadmoor Public Golf Course is officially open for cross-country skiing again this winter. Tracks are groomed on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, so enjoy the pristine conditions available each week. There are a few different loops available, and if you don’t ski, don’t worry! Walking, tobogganing, and snowshoeing are also options, but rentals aren’t available, so make sure to bring your own equipment.
Panini's Italian Cucina opened in Baseline Village two years ago this month; happy anniversary to them! As you can guess by their name, they serve paninis, pizzas, calzones, pasta dishes, and other warming food. The cold snap we’re experiencing calls for some hearty food, so stop by this weekend and enjoy.
