Weekend itineraries: a beautiful weekend

The Strathcona County Museum & Archives have put together a driving tour focused on the county's history. Did you know that in the early 20th century, our community was known for its popular lakeside resorts? The Lake Land Loop is a 2-3 hour tour that takes you around the southeastern part of our community. Head to their website to learn more about it!

New restaurant alert! Sopoong Korean Street Food and Sushi opened its doors last week, and it was worth the wait. You might have guessed by their name, but they have sushi on the menu, as well as rice bowls, noodles, and other options. Stop by their location on Sioux road and try them out. Sopoong translates to picnic, so don’t be afraid to take the food to go and enjoy it outside in the beautiful weather! 

New store alert! Maraki Shoes is celebrating its grand opening this weekend, and with warm weather on the horizon, it’s the perfect time to stop by and pick up a new pair of shoes. They opened their doors in Broadmoor Boulevard and have a huge selection of footware to check out—plus, they offer online shopping.
