The Strathcona Public Services Yard (SPSY) is a hub for departments that manage and maintain County infrastructure, materials, equipment and vehicles.
The facility includes staff from Fleet and Facility Management, Transit, Transportation Engineering and Operations, and Utilities.
Hours of operation
Monday to Friday
8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (closed from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.)
Closed on statutory holidays
SPSY services
Residents can visit SPSY in person to access the following services:
First floor
- Snowmelt facility passes
- General transportation questions
Second floor
- Utility (waste and water) accounts
- Utility bill payments
- Kitchen catchers for organics waste
- General utility questions
Visitor parking
Visitor parking is located across from the main entrance to SPSY.
There are two designated accessible parking stalls.
