1.7  Two or more zones on a lot

1.7(1)

Where a lot contains more than one zone, each zoned area shall be treated as a separate site for the purpose of determining compliance with the provisions of the respective zones. Where zoning does not follow a property line, the applicant shall provide the dimensions of each zoned area on a site plan.
