12.6  R1A – Single Detached Residential A

Purpose

12.6(1)

To provide primarily for single dwellings on lots designated for low density residential development.

Subject to any fundamental use criteria for certain uses set out below, the permitted uses and the discretionary uses for this zone are listed in Table 12.5(A).

Fundamental Use Criteria

12.6(3)

The following uses shall only be considered in this zone if they meet the associated criteria below:

  1. (a) The maximum number of sleeping units within a bed and breakfast shall be two.
