12.9  R1D – Single Detached Residential D

Purpose

12.9(1)

To provide for single dwellings with a front attached garage and one side lot line setback of 0.0 m where:

  • located directly across from multi-unit residential, commercial or lane-oriented land uses; or
  • a minimum of 20 per cent of lots with this zoning are directly across from open space; or
  • in accordance with an adopted area structure plan.
