12.11  R2A – Semi-detached Residential

Purpose

12.11(1)

To provide primarily for semi-detached dwellings on lots designated for low density residential development.

Uses

Subject to any fundamental use criteria for certain uses set out below, the permitted uses and the discretionary uses for this zone are listed in Table 12.11(A).
