12.12  R2B – Low Density Site Residential

Purpose

12.12(1)

To primarily provide for single dwellings and semi-detached dwellings on planned sites.

Subject to any fundamental use criteria for certain uses set out below, the permitted uses and the discretionary uses for this zone are listed in Table 12.12(A).
