12.13  R2C – Lane Access Residential

Purpose

12.13(1)

To provide for single and semi-detached dwellings with vehicular access from a rear lane.

Subject to any fundamental use criteria for certain uses set out below, the permitted uses and the discretionary uses for this zone are listed in Table 12.13(A).
