12.14  R3 - Low to Medium Density Residential

Purpose

12.14(1)

To provide for a mix of low density and medium density residential development either on a planned site or with street-oriented design.

Uses

12.14(2)

Subject to any fundamental use criteria for certain uses set out below, the permitted uses and the discretionary uses for this zone are listed in Table 12.14(A).
