12.16  R5 - High Density Residential

Purpose

12.16(1)

To provide for high density residential development, primarily as high-rise apartment dwellings.

Uses

The following uses shall only be considered in this zone if they meet the associated criteria below:

  1. (a) A townhouse dwelling shall only be considered in conjunction with an apartment dwelling on the same lot.
