12.19  RCH - High Density Country Residential

Purpose

12.19(1)

To provide for single family residential development and compatible uses on lots in higher density multi-lot country residential subdivisions located within the Country Residential Area Concept Plan and in accordance with an adopted Area Structure Plan.

Subject to any fundamental use criteria for certain uses set out below, the permitted uses and the discretionary uses for this zone are listed in Table 12.19(A).

Fundamental Use Criteria

The following uses shall only be considered in this zone if they meet the associated criteria below:

  1. (a) The maximum number of sleeping units within a bed and breakfast shall be two.
  2. (b) Deleted (Bylaw 45-2024)

Additional regulations

(g)

An accessory building or accessory structure shall not be located in a front yard.
