12.20 RCL – Low Density Country Residential
Purpose
To provide for single family residential development and compatible uses on lots in a multi-lot country residential subdivision.
Uses
Subject to any fundamental use criteria for certain uses set out below, the permitted uses and the discretionary uses for this zone are listed in Table 12.20(A).

Fundamental Use Criteria
The following uses shall only be considered in this zone if they meet the associated criteria below:
- (a) The maximum number of sleeping units within a bed and breakfast shall be four.
- (b) A home business major may continue to be considered as a discretionary use where a development permit for the use was originally approved prior to May 22, 2012. However, an expansion or intensification to an existing home business major or a proposed new home business major shall not be considered in this zone.

Subdivision must comply with Table 12.20(B).
