Part 12: Residential Zones
12.21 RE - Estate Residential
Purpose
To provide for single dwellings and related uses on estate lots within Area Structure Plans adopted prior to the effective date of this bylaw.
Uses
Subject to any fundamental use criteria for certain uses set out below, the permitted uses and the discretionary uses for this zone are listed in Table 12.21(A).

Fundamental Use Criteria
The following uses shall only be considered in this zone if they meet the associated criteria below:
- (a) The maximum number of sleeping units within a bed and breakfast shall be two.

Subdivision Regulations
Subdivision must comply with Table 12.21(B).
