12.22  RH - Hamlet

Purpose

12.22(1)

To provide for residential development and a diversity of compatible commercial and institutional uses to serve the day-to-day needs of hamlet residents and the wider rural area.

Uses

12.22(3)

The following uses shall only be considered in this zone if they meet the associated criteria below:

  1. (a) The maximum number of sleeping units within a bed and breakfast shall be two.
  2. (b) A temporary care dwelling may continue to operate as a discretionary use where a development permit for the use was originally approved prior to May 11, 2015. However, a proposed new temporary care dwelling shall not be considered in this zone.

Additional regulations
