12.25  RM – Manufactured Home

Purpose

12.25(1)

To provide for manufactured homes in a planned manufactured housing community within the Urban Service Area.

Uses

12.25(2)

Subject to any fundamental use criteria for certain uses set out below, the permitted uses and the discretionary uses for this zone are listed in Table 12.25(A).

Fundamental use criteria

12.25(3)

The following uses shall only be considered in this zone if they meet the associated criteria below:

  1. (a) The minimum site area for a manufactured home community is 2.0 ha.

Development must comply with Table 12.25(B), Table 12.25(C), Table 12.25(D) and Table 12.25(E).
