4.5  Residential parking requirements

4.5(1)

The number of parking spaces required for residential uses shall be calculated in accordance with Table 4.5(A).

Table 4.5(A) : Parking Requirements for Residential Uses

4.5(2)

Despite Table 4.5 (A) Residential Parking Requirements, an on-site parking space for a secondary suite or garden suite is not required where:

   (a) there are a minimum of two (2) on-site parking spaces on the lot;

   (b) access to the principal dwelling is provided from a lane; and 

   (c) on-street parking is authorized on a road that is adjacent to the lot
