6.12 Local employment
A local employment use must comply with Table 6.12(A).

Any exterior storage shall: (i) only be considered where accessory to a building that contains a local employment use; (ii) be located in accordance with the minimum setback requirements for accessory buildings in the applicable zone; and (iii) screened from any existing adjacent residential use, residential area as identified in a statutory plan, community service area identified in a statutory plan and roads to the satisfaction of the development officer. |
