8.2 C2 – Arterial Commercial
Purpose
To provide for a diversity of commercial uses in planned centres in the Urban Service Area displaying a high standard of appearance and design.
Uses
Subject to any fundamental use criteria for certain uses set out below, the permitted uses and the discretionary uses for this zone are listed in Table 8.2(A).
