8.3  C3 – Highway Commercial

Purpose

8.3(1)

To provide for a diversity of commercial, recreation, and tourist uses, largely intended for the public travelling along highways or in conjunction with tourist attractions.

Subject to any fundamental use criteria for certain uses set out below, the permitted uses and the discretionary uses for this zone are listed in Table 8.3(A).
