8.5  C5 – Service Commercial

Purpose

8.5(1)

To provide for a diversity of compatible commercial and light industrial uses in accessible locations within or adjacent to industrial areas and may serve as a transition between industrial and other land uses.

Subject to any fundamental use criteria for certain uses set out below, the permitted uses and the discretionary uses for this zone are listed in Table 8.5(A).
