Part 9 : Industrial Zones
9.4 ILT – Light Industrial
Purpose
To provide for primarily industrial uses which do not generate nuisance outside an enclosed building and have limited visible storage outside of the building(s).
Uses
Subject to any fundamental use criteria for certain uses set out below, the permitted uses and the discretionary uses for this zone are listed in Table 9.4(A).

Fundamental Use Criteria
The following uses shall only be considered in this zone if they meet the associated criteria below:
- (a) Flea markets must be limited to indoor sales.
- (b) Warehouse and storage must be limited to indoor storage.
Subdivision Regulations
Subdivision must comply with Table 9.4(B).
