In previous phases of public engagement, participants emphasized the importance of agriculture to the County's identity and stressed the need to reduce the spread of urban development into prime farmlands.
Participants communicated a need for more education and promotion of agriculture as well as promotion and development of agri-tourism, market gardens, community gardens and equestrian facilities.
