"Eyes on the Prize"

Larger than life insects can be found in the park. Look up to see a Lake Darner Dragonfly finding a mosquito for lunch! Can you see the colours in the dragonfly, mosquito and leaves of the cattail?
Also look for ten other mosquitoes hiding in the park! Having trouble finding the little bugs? Maybe this map will provide some clues…Map of Mosquito Locations

The final phase of construction of the park was completed in the fall of 2019. This work included the dog off-leash park, walking trails, ice skating ribbon, tree plantings, and the player/penalty boxes.
The temporary fencing was put in place to help establish a healthy ground cover and will be removed in the spring of 2020.
