As part of the Strathcona County Trails Strategy, multi-use trails were identified as being an essential outdoor recreational amenity. These paved linkages provide residents with opportunities to actively connect to surrounding neighbourhoods and experience a greater quality of life.

Beginning in May 2022, Strathcona County constructed a new three (3) meter wide asphalt trail on the east side of Highway 21 from Wye Road north to the subdivision road. This trail helps connect residents safely from Wyecliff Estates to Sherwood Park. Construction for this project is complete.
