Fill out the service request below to report an issue with snow or ice on either County-maintained trails or privately-maintained sidewalks. 

For sidewalk bylaw complaints

To ensure compliance with the formal complaint and inspection process:

  • A specific address must be included (e.g., 97 Garden Cres; not just “Garden Cres”) 
  • Only one location can be submitted per form; please submit multiple locations separately

Personal information is collected under the authority of section 33(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and will be used for managing and administering your transaction with the County Connect Service Tracking System.
