On-demand Transit concern

Strathcona County service request to raise a concern about On-demand Transit.

On-demand Transit is in pilot until December 2023. We are always happy to receive constructive feedback which will allow us to work with the vendor to improve the service.

Please provide us with as much detail as possible so that we can better understand the issue you have encountered. In some instances we may be able to reach out to you and provide helpful tips or training to help you use the service better, so we hope you will be willing to provide your contact information.
