Strathcona County waste services is not currently on County Connect. 

To report an issue you can call 780-449-5514 or email greenroutine@strathcona.ca.

If your waste collection was missed 

If your cart(s) and recycling were properly packaged and not picked up please call Utilities at 780-449-5514 before 10 a.m. the next business day. If it’s outside business hours, leave a message with your name, phone number and address. Put your cart(s) and/or recycling out after phoning.
