Stick and Skate times are intended for unstructured play/skill development with supplied soft pucks. No black pucks permitted.

• All participants must have a pre-booked timeslot.
• Family bookings can be made by calling the facility in advance.
• Helmet is required. Hockey sticks and ringette sticks are permitted, approved soft pucks provided.

Sticks are not to be used during recreational skate time.

• Children under 8Y must be accompanied by someone 14Y+ at all times.
• Skate aids are available, helmets are recommended.

Bring your preschooler for a fun time on the ice! Puck and Play is an unstructured skating and stick skill practice time with soft pucks (provided).

• CSA-approved hockey helmet required. Hockey/ringette sticks with approved rubber pucks /rings are permitted.
• Children under 8Y must be actively supervised by someone 14yrs or older from bench or on ice with a helmet.
• Grippers and skate aids available for use.

Shinny hockey is an informal, non-contact type of hockey played on ice.

• All players (EXCEPT GOALIES) must have a pre-booked time slot. Goalies can drop in and play at no charge but do require a wristband. If no goalies attend, we provide Shooter-Tutors.
• Helmets and full ice hockey equipment is required. Hockey sticks permitted with supplied black pucks.

Shinny is an informal, non-contact, type of ringette played on ice. There are no formal rules or specific positions. All players in attendance agree to the shinny and facility guidelines.

Younger players will not be turned away but will need to be able to participate in the appropriate level of play. Player can decide if they want to adjust their own play or come at a different time.

Registration opens on the day prior to the activity at 7 a.m. Admission required upon booking. Cancel your activity timeslot before it begins by calling the facility.
