To estimate Residential taxes from your Property Assessment Notice:
- Select Property Type 'Residential' from the dropdown.
- Enter the combined total value of your Taxable (Status T) Residential and Farmland property from the Assessed Value column on your Assessment Notice.
- Click on the 'Calculate' button to generate the results.
To estimate Non-Residential taxes from your Property Assessment Notice:
- Select Property Type 'Non-Residential' from the dropdown.
- Enter the combined total value of your Taxable (Status T) Non-Residential property from the Assessed Value column on your Assessment Notice.
- Click on the 'Calculate' button to generate the results.
